The internship offers formal training, ongoing mentorship, and exposure to senior bankers across deal teams. Ideal candidates are undergraduate students with strong academics, leadership, and teamwork skills.

Our global team focuses on a diverse set of industries, including financial institutions, healthcare, industrials, energy, power & utilities, real estate, gaming & lodging, consumer and retail, and technology, sports, media & telecommunications. Our 10-week internship begins with an accelerated M&A training program, which is supplemented with additional training modules throughout the remainder of the internship program.Upon completion of training, Summer Analysts will work directly with the Oil & Gas Group. The Oil & Gas Group advises clients on a wide array of energy Strategic Advisory, as well as partners with other business units across the firm, including PJT Camberview, Park Hill, and the Restructuring and Special Situations Group. Summer Analysts will assume an integral role, with exposure to a full set of Analyst responsibilities often working directly with senior level bankers. The internship program will provide Summer Analysts with ongoing formal and informal training, in addition to high-touch mentorship across all levels.Responsibilities:Summer Analysts will work on a wide range of transactions including sellsides, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalizations, capital raises. Summer Analysts are expected to be involved in the development, structuring and financing of transactions and will have the opportunity to attend internal and client meetings, negotiations and due diligence sessions.
