Plante Moran in Michigan seeks an accounting internship focused on transaction-oriented accounting and financial analysis for mergers and acquisitions. You will prepare detailed analyses, participate in client meetings, and assist in preparing proposals and engagement letters.

• Assist with the development and review of financial reports to determine the quality of historical earnings and assets and liabilities to be acquired

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

This is a non-exempt position and may require work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week. This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travel.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA.
