Job summary

Flexware Innovation offers a twelve-week Trailblazer Internship Program based in Fishers and Valparaiso, IN. This internship provides real-world projects with Flexware clients and a chance to solve technical problems, while mentors guide you through the experience.

During the program, students receive professional development training, networking with peers, and mentorship from Flexware engineers, all focused on careers in manufacturing and technology.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Automated Systems and Integration Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering Technology, or another technical concentration.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Strong interest in careers within manufacturing and technology (previous internship experience highly preferred)
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Engage in real-world projects with Flexware clients and contribute to technical problem solving.
• Participate in professional development training and mentorship by Flexware engineers.
• Build a peer network with other talented students and learn about industry opportunities.
