Job summary

Textron’s 2027 Leadership Development Internship Program in Information Technology offers hands-on IT experience during a 10-week summer assignment. You’ll work on real projects, gain leadership skills, and receive mentorship in a supportive environment.

Eligible candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in CS/IT or related field with a preferred 3.0 GPA. Locations include Detroit, MI, with other sites nationwide; a paid stipend is provided and housing benefits may apply where eligible.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Participate and drive business outcomes in a 10-week internship, where you will be placed in a project assignment within a specific functional area, such as Cyber Security, Product Lifecycle Management, Data Analytics, or Technology Manufacturing

• Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills

• Work within a team setting under guidance from your assigned manager

Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

$26.00 - $30.00 per hour.
