The Technologist Summer Associate program places you with interdisciplinary teams to tackle high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters, applying Python and data-focused approaches to transform ambiguous problems into defensible insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• Fluency in one or more other programming language in addition to Python.
• Undergraduate level capability with data structures and algorithms.
• Balance of technical excellence, intellectual curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit for a fast-moving global environment.
• Analytical skills with ability to structure complex real-world problems.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Build, test and operationalize ML models, LLMs, and analytical pipelines across projects.

About the Role

As a Technologist Summer Associate, you will work alongside interdisciplinary Keystone teams tackling high-stakes litigation, regulatory, and strategic matters involving AI, data systems, digital risk, and emerging technologies.You’llbe applying your technicalexpertiseto help clients navigate complex, tech-centric challenges. With fluency in Python and deep comfort across data structures, software systems, and algorithmic thinking,you’lltransform ambiguous problems into clear, defensible insights that shape the outcomes of major cases and decisions.

In a nutshell, we don’t build technology, we build arguments about technology.

Your education and experience may align with data science, software engineering, data engineering, code analysis or hardware. Throughout the summer, you will receive mentorship and feedback, while gaining direct exposure to the work performed by our full-time Technologists.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with an interdisciplinary team on litigation cases spanning AI, data analytics, digital risk, emerging technology governance, and regulatory compliance
• Build analytical models, investigative workflows, and technology assessments
• Build, test and operationalize machine learning models, large language models (LLMs), and analytical pipelines that scale across projects
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, libraries, and frameworks that enhance analytical consistency and scalability

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
• Fluency in one or more other programming language in addition to Python
• Undergraduate level capability with data structures and algorithms
• A balance of technical excellence, intellectual curiosity, and entrepreneurial spirit suited to a fast-moving, global consulting environment
• Analytical skills with an ability to structure complex real-world problems
