Job summary

SitelogIQ in Pennsylvania invites applicants to join the 2027 Summer Project Development and Performance Assurance Intern program. Interns are integrated into project teams across the PA Division, shadowing staff and supporting audits, data collection, and analysis.

The internship emphasizes hands-on experience and collaboration, with a final presentation to leadership. Typical hours are 40 per week, with a competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Shadow/help with initial building/site audits and data collection.
• Review/collect utility information and building drawings (Arch., MEP, Controls).
• Work with 360 cameras and integrate into deliverables.
• Support utility analysis – M&V and PDE benchmarking.
• Assist commissioning/Functional Performance Tests and Systems Manual collection.
• Support process documentation for Project Development and Performance Assurance.
• Identify training needs/gaps for both departments.
• Support Act 34 Grant writing needs.

2027 Summer Project Development and Performance Assurance Intern

SitelogIQ has opportunities for Interns in Pennsylvania for summer of 2027. Our interns are fully integrated into our project teams and will be working with many different departments and functions across our Pennsylvania Division.

Besides performing industry related duties, our interns will shadow others within the organization, attend social and networking events and participate in philanthropic experiences. Your internship experience includes preparing a small presentation highlighting your time with us and will be presented to SitelogIQ leadership and your fellow interns. At the end of our internship, you will have gained intimate, first‑hand trade experience in your field and be able to build upon them with future opportunities.

We compensate our interns at a competitive hourly rate. Work weeks are a standard M-F, 40 hours/week.

Project Development and Performance Assurance Responsibilities

• Shadow/help support initial building/site audits and data collection
  • Review/collect existing utility information
