Job summary

TD Bank is offering a Data Engineer Intern position in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The role supports the Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) team with data-related tasks and in-office collaboration.

You will work under supervision and gain exposure to data analytics, warehousing, and big data concepts. Ideal candidates are enrolled in a 4-year program with a focus on Data Analytics or Computer Science, possess strong communication and multitasking abilities, and have a GPA of 3.2+ where possible.

Qualifications

This Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) Internship functions as a Data Engineer Intern.

GTS is offering in-person Internship opportunities in Mount Laurel, NJ. Candidates will be required to be in-office up to 4 days a week.

Depth & Scope

• Builds an understanding of the businesses and Customers the role supports
• May answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally
• Provides support for Manager and others areas, as indicated
• May assist in completing various departmental projects/reports
• Assists with operational and administrative functions
• Performs diversified clerical duties as assigned
• May support or partner with several business functions/areas/departments
• Participates in various projects and tasks, as assigned

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma required
• Currently enrolled in 4 year college program
• Graduation date of May 2028 preferred
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field
• Entry Level position, no work experience required
• Some knowledge in Data Warehousing, Big Data, and/or Hadoop preferred
• 3.2 GPA or higher preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
