Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) invites MBA students to join a 12-week summer internship in California. You’ll gain hands-on experience on real-world energy challenges, work with a mentor, and build professional skills while contributing to cleaner energy goals.

The hybrid schedule requires CA residence, with on-site days and remote options. Start May/June 2027, end Aug/Sep 2027; details discussed at interview. This paid internship includes networking events and exposure to industry software.

Qualifications

• MBA student with graduation date December 2027 or later.
• GPA 2.8 or higher.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a MBA at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• 2.8 GPA or higher

Additional Information:

• This position’s work mode is hybrid . The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
• The internship has a start date of May/June 2027 and end date of August/September 2027.
• Interview process/selection process will begin at or around November 2026 - March 2027.
