Job summary

UBS invites ambitious students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program within Global Banking in New York. You will evaluate companies, build models for M&A, and prepare industry analyses for pitches, gaining hands-on experience with market-leading solutions and live deals.

During ten weeks, you’ll work with mentors, learn about clients and the firm, and experience day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment where AI tools are used to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduating between Dec 2027 and Jun 2028 with a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team in New York. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• will graduate between December 2027 and June 2028and has a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
• has a passion for financial markets and is a detail-oriented problem solver skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Your program

During your 10-week paid internship, you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm.

You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
