Job summary

ESP Associates, Inc. is seeking a 2027 Summer Intern in Project Management & Construction Management to support infrastructure civil engineering projects in Northern Colorado.

The role is a full-time internship based in Fort Collins, with rotation across design, construction management, and broadband teams. The candidate will assist with documentation, daily logs, and field inspections, and will gain hands-on experience using survey tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or related.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients, and the public.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality for clients and the company.
• Candidate must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and have a satisfactory driving record per company policy.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Infrastructure Design, Construction Management and Broadband to learn our three lines of business.
• Assist in preparing documentation and daily logs for project status and inspections.

JOB Responsibilities

As a Project Management & Construction Management Intern, you will support the Ditesco team in tasks related to infrastructure civil engineering project management and construction management on a rotational basis in Northern Colorado.
