Job summary

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program designed to expose students to all aspects of the business and prepare them for a rewarding career at Hubbell. The intern will focus on supporting engineering design projects by creating diagrams and drawings from project requirements, while working with the engineering team and a dedicated mentor.

Intern compensation is based on academic standing with hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university during the internship period (May–August 2027).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

This intern will focus on supporting engineering design projects by creating one-line diagrams, DC logic diagrams, front views, manufacturing drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams based on project requirements. The intern will work independently on assigned projects while assisting the engineering team as needed and will gain customer-facing experience by participating in project update meetings alongside their mentor.

Intern compensation is determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date. Hourly rates for this position range from $22.50 to $29.00 per hour.
