Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly phishing simulation campaigns and track participation/results.
• Prepare security awareness metrics and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze phishing trends and user-risk data.
• Create intranet articles, newsletters and training content.
• Assist with annual, role-based, and PCI security training administration.
• Track training completion and produce compliance reports.
• Support Cybersecurity Awareness Month campaigns and events.
• Research human-risk trends and recommend awareness topics.
• Maintain awareness program documentation and evidence for PCI, SOX, and audit activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
