Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc (USA) is hiring multiple 2027 Interns for Clinical Trial Operations. Internships are full-time and onsite in Armonk, NY; Warren, NJ; and Tarrytown, NY, from May/June to August. Pay is $17.90–$50.90 per hour, depending on education level and degree program.

These teams plan and run clinical studies, from starting up sites and coordinating with research organizations and vendors to tracking progress so trials stay on schedule. When & where:

Location: Armonk, NY / Warren, NJ / Tarrytown, NY

Timeframe: Our internship positions are full-time and onsite from May/June-August

Pay: Intern and Co-op pay ranges are determined by level of education (year in school) and degree program. The hourly rate range for these locations is: $17.90-$50.90 per hour.

What you’ll do:

• Support the operational work that gets clinical trials up and running and keeps them on track.
• Projects may include supporting study start-up activities, coordinating with contract research organizations (CROs) and vendors, maintaining trackers and metrics, managing study documents, capturing lessons learned across drug programs, and assessing study feasibility and potential trial sites.
• Expect a lot of coordination, Excel and document management, and communication with study teams; attention to compliance details matters.
• Strong organization, Excel skills, and written communication are helpful; interest in clinical research or drug development is a plus.
• One project is better suited to a graduate student.

Relevant majors: Pharmacy (PharmD), Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Statistics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Technology.
