The Sherwin-Williams Company's Engineering Co-op Program in Columbus, Ohio, offers a 15-week immersive experience starting May 2027. Co-ops will work under site Engineering Managers on daily tasks and special projects, gaining exposure to equipment analysis, installations, and process improvement.
Participants must be enrolled in an engineering degree, with sophomore standing or higher, and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
The Engineering Co-op Program is a 15-week program hosted by the Engineering Department. Co-ops will assist the site Engineering Managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects, contributing to the goals and initiatives of the department.
This Co-op begins May 2027. Co-ops will report to our Columbus, Ohio site.
