You have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and must submit an unofficial transcript with your application. You have a balanced resume showcasing leadership roles, extracurricular involvement, or other notable achievements. You must have an entrepreneurial mindset and proactively identify opportunities and own projects from ideation through execution. You must be an analytical and adaptive thinker with a genuine passion for finance, investing, and macro‑level economics. You must demonstrate initiative, leadership, and adaptability. You must have experience with MS Excel. You must have strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail. You must be willing to work in a collaborative environment and be capable of thriving in a team environment that relies on your ability to multitask and adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
