Midcontinent Independent System Operator (MISO) invites motivated students to join its spring 2027 co-op program. You will tackle high-impact analytical projects that inform reliability, resilience, and performance of the grid across the Central U.S.
Expect hands-on analytics, dashboards, and collaborative mentorship with leadership. On-site schedule averages ~40 hours per week at MN or IN offices, with potential for part-time remote work during the school year.

Rate: $22 USD per hour
To be eligible for the program, you must be available to start Wednesday, January 13th, 2027, and continue through Friday, April 30th, 2027. No VISA sponsorship opportunities, including OPT/CPT.
