Qualifications

• Assist department management and staff with assigned tasks under supervision.
• Support for managers and other areas; contribute to departmental reports and projects.

This Global Technology Solutions (GTS) co-op functions as a Business Management Analyst (BMA) Co-op.

GTS is offering in-person co-op opportunities in Mount Laurel, NJ. Candidates will be required to be in-office for up to 4 days a week. A relocation stipend will be offered.

Depth & Scope:

• Builds an understanding of the businesses and Customers the role supports
• May answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally
• Provides support for Manager and others areas, as indicated
• May assist in completing various departmental projects/reports
• Assists with operational and administrative functions
• Performs diversified clerical duties as assigned
• May support or partner with several business functions/areas/departments
• Participates in various projects and tasks, as assigned

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma required
• Currently enrolled in 4 year college program
• Graduation date of May 2028 preferred
• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Entry Level position, no work experience required
• Some knowledge in Power BI and/or document business/data processes preferred
• Strong Analytical & Data Hygiene, Process Orientation & Documentation, Comfort With Technical Tools & Shared Repositories preferred
• 3.2 GPA or higher preferred
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Detail oriented and self-motivated
