Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Spring 2027 Co-Op in Drug Product Development in Cambridge, MA. This six-month program invites students in engineering disciplines to grow their skills while contributing to our healthcare initiatives.

You will work with mentors and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in shaping drug products, while meeting all eligibility and relocation requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in a related engineering field.
• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be enrolled throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
• Must be able to relocate to the office and work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, for the full duration.

Responsibilities

• Shape the final form of medicines that patients receive with precision and safety.
• Contribute to drug product development efforts during the 6-month co-op.
• Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to advance projects.
• Support validation, documentation and compliance activities as needed.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in:

• Bachelor's or Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or other related fields.

Candidates must also meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually require future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the Internal requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university throughout the duration of the co-op/internship.
• Must be able to relocate to the office location and work 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday for the full duration of the co-op/internship.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $29 - 57 hourly. Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
