Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with object-oriented languages such as C#, C++ or Java.
• Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. React).
• Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL.
• Understanding of Unit testing, Test-Driven Development and mocking frameworks.
• Understanding of continuous delivery principles and processes.
• Understanding of REST, SOA and API development.
• Proclivity toward refactoring and improving OO code in agile environments.
• Open-source development projects and community contributions.

Responsabilidades

• Work in an agile scrum team to develop a specific product or platform.
• Develop cutting-edge financial applications and robust web and microservices."
• Collaborate with software engineering, design, quant, product and business stakeholders.
• Develop software in a evolving stack including .NET, ASP.NET, React, Angular, TypeScript, SQL Server, RabbitMQ and Redis.
• Build automated unit, integration and frontend tests using xUnit, Moq, NSubstitute, Cypress and others.
• Implement build, test and deploy cycles in CI/CD with Docker, YAML, GitLab CI and Nomad.
• Use AI workflows and coding assistants to deliver high-quality solutions.

As a Software Engineering Intern at Chatham, you will be immersed in a collaborative team environment where you'll work alongside experienced engineers on cutting-edge products. Whether you're developing new features, optimizing systems, or solving complex problems, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of finance through technology.

Ourtechnologyteam is made upof a team of SoftwareEngineers, Testers, DevOps Engineers, Security Engineers, UX Designers, Quantitative Analysts and Data Base Analysts.We buildsoftware for our clients that range across multiple sectorsand industries as well as tools for our internal users to help them better serve our clients.Our team is a global team locatedin four different countries and multiple time zones. We interact daily with each other as well as our key business stakeholdersto ensure quality and speedy delivery of our product offerings.

What You'll do:

• Use AI workflows and AI coding assistants as peers and collaborators to help you deliver the best technology solutions for Chatham
• Assist with developing cutting-edgefinancialapplications; develop innovative, high-quality, and robust web applications and micro services as part of our growing application development team.
• Be a member of an agile scrum team that owns development of a specific product or platform.
• Collaborate with other software engineering teams, design team, quant team, product owners and managers, and business stakeholders, while working on intern project.
• Develop software in our technology stack which is constantly evolving but currently includes .NET, ASP.NET,React,Angular,TypeScript,SQL Server,RabbitMQ andRedis.
• Build automated unit, integration andfront-endtests usingxUnit,Moq,NSubstituteand Cypress among other technologies.
• Implement the build, test, deploy development cycle in CI/CD pipelines using Docker, YAML, Gitlab CI, andHashicorpNomad

What You'll Need:

• Working towards Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience preferred

The internship program will begin on June 1, 2027, and runs through August 6, 2027. Applicants must be available for the duration of the program, Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5:30pm, onsite in your designated office.
