Description
As an intern with Textron, you’ll gain hands‑on experience while exploring your interests and building new skills. You’ll be supported and challenged to contribute in meaningful ways – working on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for future success.

Responsibilities:
Work with senior software engineers to develop, design, configure, test, and document software solutions based on product manager requirements.
Assist members of the ENG department in both daily activities and special projects to learn and gain experiences related to the function and its role in achieving business objectives.
Work within defined project timelines to complete tasks according to project schedule.
Follow agile processes in compliance with TSV’s Agile methodology and participate in daily scrum meetings, and sprint retrospectives.
Gather statistics and prepare reports on the status of projects for discussion with management and team members.
Determine, develop, and maintain user manuals and guidelines.
Gain exposure to the business needs by developing and implementing processes and new technologies

Qualifications
Education: Pursing Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field required
Software Knowledge: Experience or knowledge of specific technologies or languages such as Java, C#, C/C , SQL, HTML, JavaScript
