Textron is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate to support Territory Sales Managers and grow across functions. You will gain exposure to real projects, receive mentorship, and develop hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment at Textron Specialized Vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience; prior sales experience preferred.
• Salesforce and Microsoft Office Applications knowledge.
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Territory Sales Managers in the field with their existing customer base by attending visits.
• Cultivate relationships with internal customers to create synergy and support in the business.
• Research new business opportunities and sales leads driven by the market.
• Analyze the current market and offer recommendations to the business to get ahead of the competition.
• Acquire knowledge on all Textron Specialized Vehicles products as well as the competing products.
• Regularly report out to leadership on project progress.
• Learn inside and outside sales techniques. Complete and participate in cross-functional assignments as needed.
