Job summary

Glenmede’s 10-week Summer Internship Program runs from June to August 2027 and is based out of Princeton, NJ. The internship is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least three days per week, with networking events, a final group project, and exposure to professionals across business areas.

Interns gain hands-on experience and skills development within private wealth management, portfolio construction, and implementation.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and a rising senior (graduating between May 2028-December 2028).
• We accept varying majors, business majors preferred.
• Desire to be in a client facing role.
• Self-motivated with proactive resolutions and a strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out detailed work accurately and on time.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented, ability to analyze.
• Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, without sponsorship, for the internship duration.

Internship Program:

Interns will have the opportunity for personal and professional development while gaining insight into future career opportunities within our firm. The 10-week program will run from June to August 2027. Program highlights include networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals in all areas of the business.

The internship will be based out of our Princeton, NJ location. This is a hybrid position, and the intern will be required to work in the office at least three days per week, or possibly more based on business needs.

The team is responsible for the daily oversight and execution of investment management responsibilities, along with the corresponding client service work, for high-net-worth families with complex wealth needs. The role offers broad exposure to holistic, goals-based wealth and investment management. This internship is best suited for individuals interested in portfolio management, construction, and implementation within private wealth management — it is not intended for those seeking exposure to institutional asset management.

Compensation:

The hourly rate offered for this role is $30/hour.
