Interns will have the opportunity for personal and professional development while gaining insight into future career opportunities within our firm. The 10-week program willrun from June to August 2027. Program highlights include networking events, a final group project, volunteer opportunities, social outings, and exposure to professionals in all areas of the business.
The internship will be based out of our Washington D.C. location. The intern must be available to come into the office up to five days per week, depending on business needs.

Roles and responsibilities will vary based on the department; all interns are expected to support a wide range of activities, acting, and performing professionally. At the end of your internship, you will have exposure to the wealth and investment management businesses, a deeper level of experience in a particular area of focus, and experience working collaboratively alongside managers and specialists of all career levels.
The team is responsible for the daily oversight and execution of investment management responsibilities, along with the corresponding client service work, for high-net-worth families with complex wealth needs. The role offers broad exposure to holistic, goals-based wealth and investment management. This internship is best suited for individuals interested in portfolio management, construction, and implementation within private wealth management — it is not intended for those seeking exposure to institutional asset management.
Our Wealth Advisors offer comprehensive services tailored to meet the needs of each client, including expertise on family governance and educational programs, philanthropic guidance, fiduciary services, and administrative services.
The hourly rate offered for this role is $30/hour.
