Northrop Grumman is seeking Industrial Engineers to join the Aeronautics Systems Intern Program. This position will be located in Melbourne, FL .
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman' s Production Engineering & Operations (PE&O) organization and will directly support the Industrial Engineering team.
The selected candidate will work in a dynamic people-focused environment where he/she will interact with users, customers and other developers.

At Northrop Grumman, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account three main factors: the anticipated graduation date of the individual, the cost of labor of the geographic location, and whether the internship is considered technical or administrative.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
