Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond

Interested in working in finance, specifically in banking, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We’re looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Off‑cycle Internship Program within our Global Banking business.

You’ll get to:
  • evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions
  • prepare industry analyses for pitches
  • get involved in the execution of live deals
Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Banking team. We’re responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

Your expertise
  • is in the penultimate or final year of their degree, or has recently graduated (no more than 6 months from the internship start date)
  • has or is on track for a 2:1 (UK grading system) or the equivalent in your first undergraduate degree
  • can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency
  • has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
  • is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
  • is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary for this role is EUR 1500 /month.

Your program

This paid internship will last three to six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You’ll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you’ve completed your studies.
