The salary for all US-based summer law clerk roles is $225,000. 1L scholarship recipients may receive up to $50,000, paid in three installments after joining

Job Description

The role

As a Chris Morvillo Scholar, you will have the opportunity to embrace team collaboration, receive formal and informal training, and build relationships with our global network. Please note that acceptance of the scholarship includes a commitment to participate in our 2028 Summer Program, as both opportunities form part of a single recruiting and hiring pathway. Following your 1L summer, you'll remain connected to the firm through office events, training programs, and community initiatives. You'll also receive firm news and updates and continue building relationships across our global network. The salary for all US based summer law clerk roles is $225,000.

The benefits

1L scholarship recipients will be eligible to receive a payment of up to $50,000. The 1L award will be paid in three installments:

• $10,000 upon joining as a 1L summer law clerk
• $20,000 upon joining as a 2L summer law clerk
• $20,000 upon joining as a first-year associate

Qualifications

Your experience

Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an ABA-accredited law school, with an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2029. Spanish and Portuguese language skills are highly valued as is a strong international interest. Complete applications must include a resume, law school transcript (an unofficial copy is acceptable), and personal statement. Applicants are invited to update their application once their transcript has been released with their first semester grades.
