Materion offers a paid internship designed to provide hands-on professional experience in diverse focus areas across the company. Interns gain confidence for a productive transition into a full-time career after graduation and benefit from mentorship and structured learning opportunities.

The program includes a competitive hourly wage, travel expenses, relocation support, and a series of professional development events, hosted at multiple Materion locations nationwide.

What You’ll Need

• Junior or higher enrolled in Materials Science, Metallurgical, Mining, Chemical, Civil, Optical, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Communications, Computer Science/IT coursework, Semiconductor coursework, Geology, Data Science, or Sales/Marketing
• Curious and creative approach to problem-solving
• Willing to learn from people of all ages and backgrounds
• To comply with ITAR Requirements, you must be a U.S. citizen or Permanent Resident

Pay Range

Pay Range $15.00 - $27.00 Hourly Actual base salary offered varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
