Job summary

DivcoWest is seeking a creative marketing professional to lead the design and development of daily internal and external marketing needs. The Senior Associate will manage ongoing marketing initiatives and help build the DivcoWest brand across business lines under the Head of Marketing.

You’ll design and coordinate marketing materials and activities, ensuring cohesive brand alignment and high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years’ experience in graphic design or marketing.
  • Experience leading digital and print projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Basic PowerPoint skills and ability to write copy.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing assets including presentations, event visuals, emails, landing pages, social graphics, logos, collateral and reports.
  • Manage corporate websites and social channels; keep content fresh and aligned with brand.
  • Create compelling social content and assist with copy as needed.
  • Support events via visual communications and on-site coordination; maintain brand assets and templates.

Summary

DivcoWest is seeking a creative marketing professional to join our team. As the Position Title, you will lead the design and development of day-to-day internal and external marketing needs, will project manage ongoing marketing initiatives, and play a part in building the DivcoWest brand supporting business lines across the company. The Senior Associate will report to the Head of Marketing and work with all areas of the business across markets within the DivCore platform.

This position will focus on creative concept and design of a variety of marketing projects and daily production needs. This role will assist in managing digital marketing platforms and assets and will be the go-to person for general marketing maintenance and coordination. Working cross-functionally, the Senior Associate will also support brand alignment across the organization and is responsible for maintaining brand assets and ensuring one cohesive and consistent brand.In addition to the creative development of marketing materials, you will manage and/or coordinate marketing initiatives as needed working cross-functionally in the planning and implementation of events, marketing programs, and communications.

The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter who is comfortable collaborating on the management, design, and production of high-level creative concepts and strategies as they dive into details and execute presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and design a wide variety of marketing projects for all areas of the business including, but not limited to, presentations, event visuals and communications, email communications, landing pages, social media graphics, logos, collateral, reports, RFPs, fact sheets, and general day-to-day requests.
  • Manage corporate website(s) and social media channels to ensure content is fresh and updated.
  • Create compelling social media content and graphics and assist with writing as needed.
  • Support events through the creation of visual communications necessary for all event touchpoints, as well as collaborate with hands on coordination of events as needed.
  • Maintain brand assets, templates, and guidelines.
  • Manage marketing projects as needed from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing Team as needed on select marketing initiatives.
  • Stay current on innovative best practices to elevate our brand and work product.
  • All employees who work in the department cover for each other during vacation and/ or if a colleague is sick. This means you may have to take on tasks outside the normal scope of your job.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 4-6 years’ experience in graphic design, marketing, Digital Art, or a closely related field
  • Experience designing, implementing, and executing digital and print projects from start to finish that involve numerous visual elements, stages, and stakeholders.
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop – experience with video production a plus
  • Basic proficiency of PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage projects independently.
  • Keen eye for design, understanding of digital best practices, and experience in brand building.
  • Experience with website design a plus
  • Ability to write basic copy.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high sense of urgency.
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-managed, able to work well independently and within a team.
  • High level of initiative, strong work ethic and willingness to work across teams.
  • Experience in a commercial real estate investment and/or an agency is a plus.
  • Experience using marketing automation/CRM/email marketing software a plus.
  • Experience with Wordpress, Squarespace, Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce a plus

The person in this position must be able to:

  • Remain in a stationary position for 75% of the time working on a computer and attending virtual meetings.
  • Occasionally move about the office to access file cabinets, office technology, and attend meetings etc.
