John Deere offers a structured Engineering Internship Program targeting college students. You’ll gain hands-on experience across Product, Factory and Weld Engineering while applying your degree in real projects and receiving mentorship.

Location various US facilities; relocation may be required. You will work on meaningful tasks, with competitive pay and a broad benefits package supporting your early career development.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Ag/Comp/Elect/Industrial/Mech) or related field.
• Minimum 2.8 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
• Previous internship, co-op, or project-focused research experience.
• Skill in using CAD, engineering tools and/or programming language.

Responsibilities

• Support internship program across Product, Factory and Weld Engineering.
• Contribute to foundational engineering practices and project work.
• Collaborate with mentors and teams to translate interests into engineering paths.
• Engage in activities that build technology to feed, clothe, and shelter the world.
