This program offers university students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.The Growth & Business Development intern will support Voyager Technologies at one of the following locations:• Houston, TX• Long Beach, CA• Denver, COThe Growth & Business Development Intern will support the team with a variety of activities related to business growth, market research, customer and partner engagement, and strategic initiatives. The intern will gain exposure to business development fundamentals while contributing to projects that support the organization’s growth objectives.Additional responsibilities include:• Assist with market research, opportunity identification, and analysis of potential customers, partners, markets, and business opportunities.• Support the development and organization of business development materials, presentations, research summaries, and other customer- or partner-facing content.• Assist with tracking and organizing business opportunities, market information, and other relevant data.• Participate in customer, partner, and internal meetings to gain exposure to business development and growth activities.• Support research and analysis related to markets, competitors, customers, partners, and industry trends.• Assist with the development of presentations, proposals, or other materials supporting business and growth initiatives.• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on assigned projects.• Contribute ideas and insights that support business growth, process improvement, and operational efficiency.• Complete assigned projects and deliverables accurately and within established timelines.Requirements• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university, preferably pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.• Demonstrated interest in business development, growth strategy, market research, or related business functions.• Strong critical and creative thinking skills.• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
