MSD is offering the IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program to cultivate the technical, business, and professional experience of entry‑level technologists. Over 2 years, you will complete 3 rotations across IT, gaining exposure to Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Software Development, Data/Analytics, AI/ML, UX, Automation, and more.
This is a hybrid role with potential locations in Rahway, NJ or West Point, PA.
IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program
The IT Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program cultivates the technical, business, and professional experience of entry-level technologists. Working in teams alongside highly skilled professionals, ETR employees apply their passion for technology to help our company develop and provide innovative products and services aligned to our most critical business outcomes.
Over the course of 2 years, as an IT ETR, you will complete 3 rotations, gaining experience across multiple roles and areas within IT. We’re looking for emerging talent who have a passion for applying technology to invent novel life‑saving drugs, broaden access to medicines and vaccines, and enable next‑generation healthcare solutions. Rotational opportunities could be available throughout the following technical areas:

The salary range for this role is $71,900.00 - $113,200.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
