Job Description The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects.

Our company's Global Clinical Trial Operations (GCTO) team is currently recruiting for summer interns.

GCTO is a global organization operating in over 50 countries and is responsible in the delivery of our company's diverse development portfolio.

It is critical that, for all company-sponsored clinical trials, patient safety, high quality data and compliance with company requirements and regulations are delivered and sustained.

The Clinical Quality Operations (CQO) organization has an important impact in achieving those objectives.

CQO provides quality oversight for clinical trials, participates in the identification of opportunities for process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

In addition, the organization is responsible for the overall strategy for maintaining ongoing inspection readiness as well as preparing for, management and follow up of regulatory inspections.

The intern will engage with all levels within the CQO organization to participate in and/or lead projects that support HQ quality operations driving the efficient and ethical conduct of clinical trials across the region.

Activities may include (but are not limited to):
  • Support the CQO team which oversees quality operations for trials conducted by GCTO
  • Conduct data analysis for key CQO activities to identify trends and/or process improvements needed
  • Develop tools to enhance risk assessment, quality planning and inspection readiness activities
  • Support benchmarking activities for quality deliverables
  • Develop capstone presentation illustrating internship activities and deliverables
Required Education and Skills:
  • Candidates must be currently enrolled in a full-time BS/BA degree program in a science-related discipline
  • Candidates must be available to work full-time for up to (12) weeks beginning in May or June of 2027
  • Candidates must have completed at least (2) years of collegiate study by June of 2027
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an aptitude for leveraging AI-related tools to support business tasks

Salary range:

The salary range for this role is $39,908 - $111,111 USD FTP2027 RL2027
