Job summary

Lincoln International in Los Angeles is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join our rapidly growing Industrials M&A practice. You will build financial models, conduct industry and company research, and prepare client presentations while supporting marketing and due diligence.

The Analyst will interact with clients, assist in identifying potential acquirers, and play a key role in deal execution with strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting; minimum GPA 3.7
• Spring 2026/ Winter 2026 graduate with M&A or Private Equity internship in 2026
• Assertive and self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments
• Identify potential acquirers and conduct industry and company research
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all presentation materials
• Support the due diligence process and interact with clients regularly

Our employees work in our Los Angeles office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays.

Lincoln International is seeking a Full-Time Analyst to join our rapidly growing Industrials M&A practice in Los Angeles. Successful candidates have strong cognitive and interpersonal abilities, want to develop their professional and personal skills, and are motivated by the prospect of building a leading M&A advisory firm.

The Analyst position at Lincoln International provides an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. In addition to mastering the financial analysis and research skills typical for the position, an Analyst at Lincoln International learns about and becomes involved in a transaction from start to finish. The Analyst serves as the analytical anchor for his/her deal team and is responsible for preparing, completing and ensuring the accuracy of all financial modeling and analysis. The Analyst is expected to interpret the results of his/her financial analysis, pose questions and draw conclusions. In addition, the Analyst plays a critical role in the preparation of client presentations and is responsible for:

• Preparing marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments
• Identifying potential acquirers
• Conducting industry and company-specific research
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials
• Supporting the due diligence process
• Interacting with clients on a regular basis
• Attending client meetings
• Supporting the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement

Qualifications:

• Successful Analysts are assertive and self-motivated, can manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment and are detail oriented
• Strong writing, verbal communication and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting, or have successfully completed significant coursework in these areas
• Minimum GPA of 3.7 is required
• A Spring 2027 or Winter 2026 graduate with a prior M&A or Private Equity Summer Analyst internship in 2026

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $110,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the state of California. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
