Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles in Augusta, Georgia, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the long-range plan and annual budgets. You will partner with business leaders, analyze revenues, margins, and expenses, and help implement improved reporting and planning processes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 0–2 years of experience, with ERP/SAP and Hyperion familiarity, strong MS Office and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 0-2 years of experience required.
• ERP experience required; SAP preferred; EPM/Hyperion preferred; Microsoft Office Suite required; Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders as a strategic business partner to develop the Long-Range Plan (LRP) and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Participate in SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning) to align sales and operations while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Work directly with business unit leadership to develop, submit, and countermeasure departmental budgets.
• Monitor revenues, margins, and expenses to identify risks and opportunities driving strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present management financial statements to leadership to drive profitable decisions.
• Facilitate design and implementation of new/improved reporting, planning, and analysis capabilities.
• Partner with finance team to assist in month-end close including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Prepare and monitor the annual capital budget to ensure strategic allocation of funds.
• Manage and prioritize large workloads in a fast-paced environment.
