Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Embedded Software Engineers for the Mission Systems sector in Baltimore, MD. This Pathways rotation program offers exposure to BaPS and hands-on embedded software development in a government defense context. Qualified candidates have or will complete a Master’s degree in a STEM field, can obtain U.S.

Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Embedded Software Engineers. This position will be located at our Mission Systems sector in Baltimore, MD. This position will be in the Pathways rotational program.

The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman’s BaPS Division.

Basic Qualifications:

A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:

• Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Be majoring in or having majored in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or very closely related STEM field.
• Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
• The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
• A final DoD Secret Clearance is required to start

Preferred Qualifications:

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher
• A current/active DoD secret clearance

Salary Range:

$87,600 to $131,400

$87,600.00 - $131,400.00

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
