The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America is seeking high-potential students for the Early Career Program in Group Benefits Underwriting, based in Boston with a hybrid schedule. You will train across teams, learn about Guardian's products and insurance concepts, and work on real projects under mentorship.
You will apply data and analytics, develop Excel and PowerPoint skills, and build a network within the organization.

Salary Range: $59,120.00 - $88,677.50 The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
