Job summary

Qualifications

• Junior status graduating spring 2028 with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Accounting, finance, or related major preferred.
• Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Curiosity and learning agility with AI tools (e.g., Copilot) for research and analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in a dynamic, transaction-focused team.
• Self-starter with organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Apply accounting, finance, and investment concepts to business priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and reporting.
• Support client, transaction, and portfolio reporting.
• Research asset, portfolio, fund, and corporate-level data.
• Build understanding of fund structures and investment team operations.
• Use AI-enabled tools to enhance research, analysis, communication, and productivity while maintaining sound judgment and confidentiality.

The program culminates in an intern-led, value-add project presentation, and top performers may be considered for full-time opportunities upon graduation.
