Cornerstone Advisors invites rising seniors and MBA students to join our 10-week Summer Consulting Internship in Scottsdale, AZ. This paid program offers hands-on client work, research, and a Capstone project presented to leadership. You will learn how consulting firms tackle complex banking and fintech challenges while developing core skills in analysis and communication.

Dates: May 17 – July 23, 2027. May/June 2028 graduation required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Program Overview

Cornerstone Advisors 10-week Consulting Summer Internship Program offers rising seniors and MBA students immersive, hands-on experience in management consulting. Our interns work directly with clients, conduct meaningful research, and deliver a Capstone project presented to the entire company.

This program is designed for motivated students who want to learn how consulting firms tackle complex business challenges, gain exposure to the dynamic banking and fintech industry, and develop skills that translate directly into a career in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside consultants and partners to support active client projects
• Conduct primary and secondary research to inform project deliverables
• Build financial models, benchmark data, and industry analyses

Qualifications

• Undergraduate rising seniors or MBA rising 2nd-year students that will graduate May/June 2028
• Majors in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Analytics, or related fields
• GPA 3.5+ required
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• U.S. work authorization required
