As an Analyst in JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial & Specialized Industries (C&SI) Equipment Finance program, you will join a structured 2.5-year full-time rotation designed to build practical experience across equipment finance transaction execution. Based in Chicago, Illinois (onsite), the program blends learning in banking concepts, treasury considerations, and underwriting support while helping you develop the analytical and operational skills needed to support end-to-end deals.
You will work alongside Associates and Senior Originators, contribute to deal execution, and help keep transaction processes moving through coordination, documentation, and pipeline upkeep. The role also centers on building industry fluency across equipment finance products and segments, supported by hands-on modeling and analysis.
This opportunity is built to establish foundational business knowledge and technical expertise across equipment finance segments. Analysts support the end-to-end execution of transactions in collaboration with senior originators, contributing to business growth. Equipment Finance includes a range of financing products such as loans, capital/finance leases, fair-market-value leases, synthetic leases, and TRAC leases.
