Our 2027 Summer Internship Program runs for 9 weeks, starting on Monday, June 7 th and finishing on Friday, August 6 th .This internship is designed to give you a unique introduction to the Asset Management industry and offers valuable insight into how your chosen department operates within Schroders. We are only accepting applications from students in their Junior Year, graduating in 2028.
This internship provides practical experience, skill development, and a strong foundation for those interested in pursuing a career in the Asset Management sector.

You should be eager to learn, able to adapt quickly to new teams and challenges, and motivated to build a career in asset management marketing. The Schroders Marketing function is structured to support the business’s future growth through a Central Global Marketing team and Regional Marketing Hubs.
Central Global Marketing is organized around three core pillars: Marketing Proposition & Campaigns, Strategic Brand and Digital, and Marketing & Business Development Services (detailed further below). It is complemented by specialist teams in Corporate Communications and Wealth. Regional Marketing Hubs across the Americas, UK, APAC and EMEA work in close partnership with Central Global Marketing to adapt and localize global campaigns for their markets. They also collaborate with regional sales teams to deliver local marketing activity aligned to regional priorities.

Candidates should be available to start the internship on June 7 th and work through August 6 th , 2027. This will be onsite in the New York City office 3x a week on a hybrid working model. Housing not provided, but a stipend will be provided to those outside of the tristate area.
