BARNES & THORNBURG is seeking a Data Intern to support the Software Services team in Indianapolis. Under supervision, you will collaborate on short- and long-term projects related to data analytics, data preparation, validation, and reporting.
This internship emphasizes learning, confidentiality, and exposure to data lake development, metadata, and data governance, with onsite work and mentorship.
Under the general supervision of the Software Services Director and an assigned mentor, the Data Intern will perform a variety of functional and administrative duties in accordance with established firm policies and procedures. The intern will collaborate with department team members on specific short- and long-term projects related to their field of study and firm priorities. Activities will be assigned based on business needs and learning opportunities for the intern.
