Job summary

BNY is launching the 2027 Analyst Program in Client Service. The 24‑month rotational program exposes new joiners to client support, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement, with hands-on projects and exposure to business, operations, and technology teams.

Analysts will develop communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, with mentorship and career support to foster long-term growth in BNY's global client service model.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with business/technology focus preferred.
  • Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.).
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 or better; sponsorship not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support resolution of client inquiries and move issues to closure.
  • Track service metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates for clients.
  • Collaborate across operations, service, and relationship teams to maintain clear communication.

2027 BNY Analyst Program - Client Service

BNY's Client Service Practice delivers a high-quality, client-first experience across our businesses by supporting day-to-day service, issue resolution and ongoing client engagement. The 2027 Client Service Analyst Program offers driven students hands-on exposure to the practice through strategic projects aligned to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, process improvement and relationship management. In a fast-paced environment, analysts will gain insight into BNY's client service model, collaborate across business, operations and technology teams, and build the communication, analytical and problem-solving skills needed to help deliver timely, accurate and effective client outcomes.

What you will do
  • Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure.

  • Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to help teams identify what is working and where the experience can improve.

  • Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates that make it easier for clients to do business with BNY.

  • Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.

Our 24-month rotational Analyst Program is designed to set you up for success from day one. Program eligibility:
  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
