AGRIVISION EQUIPMENT Group invites aspiring technicians to join the John Deere Ag Tech program, a two-year associate degree designed to teach diagnosing, repair, service, and rebuilding of equipment for growers. You will gain hands-on experience in school and at dealership locations through on-the-job rotations.

During rotations you’ll work alongside skilled technicians, with potential for a full-time position after graduation and opportunities for career growth in the agriculture equipment
