Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Analyst (level 1) or Manufacturing Analyst (level 2) to be located in Iuka, MS. The role supports production, planning, quality and process improvement in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.

Candidates must demonstrate readiness to obtain a U.S. government security clearance and have a related degree with internship or co-op experience. Relocation assistance and travel up to 10% may be available.

Position

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Manufacturing Analyst (level 1) or Manufacturing Analyst (level 2). This position will be located at our Aeronautics Systems Sector in Iuka, MS.

Responsibilities

• Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
• The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
• Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.

Basic Qualifications for an Associate Manufacturing Analyst (A01)

• Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027.
• Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Project Management or related degree.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
• Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

Basic Qualifications for a Manufacturing Analyst (A02)

• Be completing or has completed their Master’s degree from an accredited institution by August 2027 or is completing their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of related experience.
• Be majoring in or having majored in a Business, Project Management or related degree.
• Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
• Final approved U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special Access may be required to start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Have an overall cumulative GPA of 3.25/4.0 or higher.
• Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).

Pay Range

• Associate Manufacturing Analyst: $51,500 - $77,300
• Manufacturing Analyst: $62,100 - $93,100
