Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Winter Accounting Intern to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI. The role is an on-site, full-time internship running January through March or April 2027, with relocation assistance possible for eligible candidates.

The intern will support year-end financial statements, footnote reporting, monthly closes, and external-audit package maintenance, gaining exposure to SOX processes and accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited college or university
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship
• Willingness to relocate for internship
• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by Spring 2027

2027 Accounting Winter Internship

INTERNSHIP FORMAT

This internship will follow an in-person model. Interns will be based at the Stellantis Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan, and are expected to work on-site 5 days per week. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates who meet specific eligibility criteria. The internship program is scheduled to run from January through March or April 2027, dependent upon start dates.

DEPARTMENT DETAILS

The intern will:

• Assist with year-end financial statement process

• Assist with the compilation of various reports for footnote disclosures

The intern will learn and experience:

• A complete end-to-end financial statement process including exposure to the external audit

• Working knowledge of accounting systems

• Fundamentals in SOX processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pursuing an bachelor’s degree or higher majoring in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field from an accredited college or university

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.

• Willingness to relocate for internship.

• Completion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the Spring 2027.
