JBS USA is seeking a 2027 Accounting/Finance Corporate Trainee for a 6-12 month program at our corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. The program includes rotations across accounting/finance teams to build hands-on experience and a clear path to leadership roles.
Participants will engage in balance and income statement analysis, cost reduction efforts, and live project work, with eventual placement in a leadership track upon successful completion.

Our 6-12 month program is designed to give you hands‑on experience at our corporate office located in beautiful Greeley, Colorado, with our 1,200 team members. This program includes rotation(s) throughout specific department of interest. It is designed to give you real-world experience and a thorough understanding of how certain department sector functions to support the overall strategy of the team.
