The MLDP offers graduate students the chance to launch into a leadership path through a summer internship focused on vendor management. You will gain hands‑on experience in P&L ownership, strategic business management, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets through vendor negotiations.
- Use customer needs knowledge to advocate for and drive improvements that enhance the shopping experience.
- Build vendor/brand relationships and act as the primary point of contact for vendor selection, onboarding, escalations, and negotiations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry, business trends, and competitor developments.
- Maximize Amazon’s business and financial profitability through selection optimization and expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate across cross‑functional teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholders while meeting tight deadlines.
Program Details
- Duration: 12 consecutive weeks.
- Start date: May–June 2026.
- Location: Seattle, WA (relocation provided and expected upon program start).
- Opportunity for full‑time conversion into the MLDP program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Are 18 years of age or older.
- Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to a 12‑week internship.
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program at the time of application with anticipated graduation dates between December 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.
