The Effector Sub‑System Products (ESP) department is responsible for all aspects of these subsystems’ design, test and production. ESP is seeking recent college graduates to join our Power Electronics Controls (PEC) team with the skills and passion to engineer complex power systems, analog design, linear control systems and/or motor control systems. A successful candidate is one who can participate in a multi‑disciplined team, properly apply engineering tools and processes, and effectively communicate with others.
This position requires frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, concepts, and techniques. Successful candidates should expect to be immersed in a fast‑paced, team‑based, and challenging technical environment where an individual with talent and initiative can stand out and thrive. The role is an onsite position and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD – 82,000 USD. The range is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education and training, and key skills.
