Program Description:

Starwood Capital’s Internship Program is a 9-week program aimed at identifying talent for their Full-time Analyst Program. Interns will work closely with senior management and various stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, structure, and execute high-risk/high-return real estate and structured finance acquisitions.
• Focus on asset management of hotel properties.
• Create effective financial models.
• Conduct thorough research on real estate markets and public equity and debt opportunities.
• Assist in bringing deals to funding, including presentations to the final investment committee.
• Create concise written presentations.
• Assist with business plan development and execution, as well as exit strategy planning and execution.

Qualifications:
