2026 DCM LatAm Investment Banking Full Time Analyst Program

Santander US Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB) is looking for the best talent to support our growth ambition and become future leaders through our 2026 Investment Banking Full Time Analyst Program.

The Debt Capital Markets LatAm group provides financing solutions to corporate, financial institution, and sovereign clients across international and local markets. The DCM LatAm investment bankers specialize in structuring, marketing, and executing bond offerings, syndicated loans, and liability management transactions.

What you will gain

The Full Time Analyst Program, beginning in early July 2026, provides a five-week comprehensive training and introduction to Santander CIB and its capabilities.The training includes coursework in financial accounting, structuring, excel, analysis, modeling, and corporate valuation.

You will be combining this training with practical experience on both technical and interpersonal skills, helping your overarching development during the program.

Throughout the Two-Year Program, you will work with dynamic teams that will provide you with support from some of the most passionate and experienced colleagues in the industry; all while developing the skills, knowledge, and leadership experience you will need to grow both professionally and personally.

This 2026 Investment Banking Full Time Analyst Program is for undergraduate students in a four-year program who have an anticipated graduation date of May/June 2026.

Based in New York (NY), you will become part of an international business working with teams across different geographies.
